رتبه نخست در بخش مسکونی-آپارتمان جایزه ملی طراحی داخلی ایران معاصر در سال ۱۳۹۹ شمسی
طراحی داخلی این واحد مسکونی با توجه به تجربیات معمار، نیازهای جسمی، روحی و عاطفی افراد استفاده کننده و همچنین محدودیت های موجود انجام شده است. این خانه متعلق به یک زوج معمار و مهندس معدن می باشد که هر کدام خواسته هایی در ذهن داشتند که با هدف برآورده شدن خواسته ها تغییراتی در پلان داده شده است. نیاز به خانه ای کاملا مدرن و مجهز و پذیرا، اتاق خواب مستر بزرگ، آشپزخانه دلنشین و داشتن یک تراس زیبا و نیز فضایی برای بار و پذیرایی و نهارخوری متفاوت از ایده آل های آنها بود.
چالش معمار برای این طراحی، برآورده کردن خواسته های این زوج و در عین حال خلق فضایی که در عین داشتن آرامش برای ساکنین، ایجاد یک فضا یا نقطه ای خیره کننده برای ایجاد جذابیت در فضای نهارخوری و بار در این واحد مسکونی بوده است.
این واحد مسکونی با حذف تعدادی از پارتیشن ها برای روشنایی بیشتر فضا، ادغام دو اتاق برای داشتن یک اتاق مستر بزرگ دارای Walk-in Closet و TV Stand Area و Mini Bar تغییر کرده است. در طراحی پوسته داخلی خانه سعی در پیوسته دیده شدن از دیگر چالش های معمار به شمار می رود. تبعیت از کشیدگی پلان و استفاده از خطوط کشیده و ادامه دار در بدنه ها و سقف و حتی مبلمان و نورپردازی در همه جا به چشم می خورد! نقطه خیره کننده این واحد، میز بار و نهارخوری ساخته شده از ترکیب سنگ، فلز و چوب و آویز بالای میز که با ایده Abstract Art توسط معمار طراحی شده است، می باشد.
فضای TV Room با مخفی شدن ویدئو پروژکتور در زیر پوسته سقف، فضایی دو منظوره برای استفاده فراهم کرده است! در این خانه از یک پالت سفید، خاکستری و چوبی برای فراهم کردن زمینه ای آرام استفاده شده است.
خانه شماره ۱۰۱ طیف وسیعی از امکانات در یک خانه مدرن را فراهم می کند که از مجموعه فضاهای محدود به یک خانه باز و معاصر تبدیل شده است.

The interior design of this unit is done based on the architect’s own experiences considering psychological, emotional and physical care needs of whom living there. The owners of this house are a couple, one is an architect and the other is a mine engineer, with specific desires. To meet their expectations, some changes are made in the plan. An absolute modern, well-equipped, and inviting house, with a big master bedroom, an exquisite kitchen, a beauteous balcony, and a different space for a distinct bar and dining room were among their ideals.
The challenge for the architect included both fulfilling the couple’s expectations and creating a peaceful environment while building up a remarkable and impressive space for bar and dining section. In order to have more light, some of the partition walls are omitted. Also, two rooms are merged into one bigger master bedroom with a walk-in closet and TV stand area and a mini bar. The architect has attempted to design the inner surface in a way that appears as a continuous and linear one.
Following the linear plan and using continuous long lines are observed everywhere such as in the walls, the ceiling, and even in the furniture and lighting. Dazzling area in this unit is the bar and dining table made out of stone, steel and wood, and the pendant over it which is designed by the architect inspired by abstract art.
Video projector is capable of becoming hidden under the ceiling, thus a dual purpose space is created. In addition to wooden pallets, a pallet of white and gray is used in this house.
House No. 101 makes a broad range of modern facilities available, turning it from a series of narrow and limited spaces into a bright and contemporary home.
