اختصاصی هنر و معماری آبگینه : به تازگی فهرست برگزیدگان جایزه AMP (یا Architecture MasterPrize) در سال ۲۰۲۲ میلادی در وبسایت رسمی این رویداد بین‌المللی منتشر شده است! جالب است بدانید در این فهرست، پروژه‌هایی از معماران ایران نیز حضور دارند.
اما هدف از برگزاری مسابقه معماری AMP (یا Architecture MasterPrize) ، به نمایش گذاشتن آثار معماران از سراسر نقاط دنیا و قدردانی از بهترین آثار می باشد. در این مسابقه‌ی بین‌المللی، از خلاقیت‌ها و نوآوری‌های انجام شده در زمینه‌های معماری، طراحی داخلی و معماری منظر تجلیل می‌شود. همچنین طرح های برتر در کتاب معماری سال AMP که در سطح جهان توزیع می‌شود، منتشر می‌گردد.
جایزه AMP (یا Architecture MasterPrize) در سال ۲۰۲۳ میلادی در چهار بخش برگزار شده است:
جایزه طرح سال (در سه بخش طراحی معماری سال ، طراحی داخلی سال و طراحی منظر/طراحی شهری سال)
این جایزه به پروژه‌های انجام شده در مدت پنج سال گذشته توسط فرد (پروژه‌های انفرادی) و یا تیم‌های فعال در زمینه‌ی معماری، طراحی داخلی و همچنین طراحی منظر اهدا می‌شود.
جایزه محصول معمارانه سال
این جایزه به بهترین مواد و متریال‌ها که پاسخگوی نیاز ساخت و ساز بشر در قرن بیست و یک میلادی می‌باشند، اهدا می‌شود.
جایزه شرکت معماری سال
این جایزه به عنوان ارزشمندترین جایزه معماری AMP ، به شرکت‌های معماری فعال، خلاق و نوآور (بر اساس کیفیت فعالیت آن‌ها از زمان تاسیس تا کنون) در حوزه‌ی معماری، طراحی داخلی و همچنین طراحی منظر در سرتاسر نقاط دنیا اهدا می‌شود.

The major criteria of the Hitra Commercial-Office Building located at the intersection of two main streets in the Velenjak neighborhood of Tehran, were to reconsider the morphology of a typical office building to enhance the quality of lighting of the space and view without altering the optimum built area of the building by reassessment of regulations and limitations during the primary investigations of this project to optimize natural lighting and view. By dedicating the central void to the city, the interaction of people and the building has increased through the created welcoming entrance.

Through drastic re-building in about 4 decades, Tehran has gone from a city of infinite gardens with its single-family dwellings, to a city of infinite apartment blocks. In a purely economically-driven construction process, the relationship between buildings and their urban fabric are lost. As memories of the place are wiped out, a metropolis with no stories left to tell takes shape. This is Tehran’s current cityscape. VOID+ tries to offer an alternative to conventional models of habitation, which has resulted in dense building envelopes that lack a dialogue with their context.

Mayan Villa is located on the outer side of Mashhad with a history of 1800 years. A land with area of 265 square meters with a width of 9 meters in a rocky land with a steep slope. Linking with physical and historical background, providing a model compatible with nature and climate of the region, creating quality spaces of cheap type, using sustainable indigenous materials, reducing energy consumption and zeroing it in summer with indigenous approaches and using the handicrafts of the region were our approaches in design.

A HOUSE FOR TWO GENERATIONS

That people from two generations with different attitudes and desires live in the same house believing they belong to that house was all we were looking for in this project. The old apartment was designed with so many additions and omissions. The most important immutable remains were the columns between the halls and the level split between the entrance and kitchen. The main idea was to change these items to create a box in the corner of a white shell that houses the kitchen and dining room next to the terrace,a white box containing a combination of a gray dining area and a wooden kitchen.

This gallery in Isfahan ,the city of history,art and adjacent to the street with historical places around had to be designed that inspires a new generation of artists,inviting and also arousing curiosity of passers-by.Curved forms make the space melodious, lighter and visually expanded.The idea of oval semi-open spaces with suspended walls was formed to provide flexible function and lighter space for better use in larger exhibitions,create dynamic atmosphere and circulation.Arches created,evoking arches of ancient bridges around it. Mirrors with the reflections have identity of old mansions.

و در نهایت در بخش جایزه محصول معمارانه سال ۲۰۲۲ میلادی جایزه Architecture MasterPrize نیز محصول فلو | FLOW اثر استودیو Decoz (طراح مسئول: شهروز زمردی) در دسته‌ی طراحی مبلمان به عنوان برگزیده شناخته شد. لازم به بیان است این محصول در زیردسته‌ی کشور امارات متحده عربی در جایزه Architecture MasterPrize سال ۲۰۲۲ میلادی شرکت کرده است!

بد نیست بدانید جایزه Architecture MasterPrize از سال ۲۰۰۷ میلادی، توسط گروه فرمانی به مدیریت حسین فرمانی پایه گذاری شده است؛ ماموریت گروه فرمانی که در سال ۱۹۸۵ میلادی آغاز به کار کرده است، قدردانی از معماران خلاق و اندیشمند از سراسر نقاط جهان است. علاوه بر جایزه معماری AMP ، برگزاری رقابت (International Design Awards (IDA ، جایزه Prix de la Photographie در پاریس ، جایزه جهاین عکاسی (International Photography Awards) و رقابت London International Creative Awards و جایزه سالانه Lucie برای عکاسی که از معتبرترین جوایز عکاسی جهان شناخته می شود، نیز برعهده گروه Farmani است!
